Mindfulness Journal Days 10 and 11

By keeping this journal, I’ve become aware that weekends are a time of great mindfulness for me.  I don’t seem to have much trouble staying in the moment when I’m busy with outside activities, visiting with friends and family and working on home projects.  The only problem that I have become aware of is that I have a tendency to eat mindlessly during the week end, and this is something that I want to work on.

Spring in New England is awesome, and I continue to soak up all of it’s beauty… while it’s here.
