Welcome to Tranquility Workshops

Our mission is to help people understand how stress negatively impacts their health, overall well-being and quality of life. We teach how to effectively cope with stressful thoughts, conditions and situations by using “mindfulness.” Mindfulness is a relaxation technique that focuses on present moment awareness. These convenient and affordable workshops are presented in small groups in the form of “mini-retreats” to calm and heal the mind.
